Jûjî hesabını iki şekilde silebilirsin. Silme işlemi anında ve kalıcıdır: hesabın, ders ilerlemen, XP ve serin, arkadaşlıkların, lig ve düello geçmişin, tandem profilin ve mesajların geri getirilemez şekilde silinir. Aktif bir aboneliğin varsa onu ayrıca App Store / Google Play ayarlarından iptal etmen gerekir — hesap silmek aboneliği otomatik iptal etmez.
1. Uygulama içinden (önerilen)
Profil → Hesabımı sil adımlarını izle ve onayla. İşlem anında gerçekleşir.
2. E-posta ile
Hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden privacy@learnwithjuji.com adresine "Hesabımı sil" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebini doğrulayıp hesabını sileriz.

You can delete your Jûjî account in two ways. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, lesson progress, XP and streak, friendships, league and duel history, tandem profile and messages are erased and cannot be recovered. An active subscription must be cancelled separately in your App Store / Google Play settings — deleting the account does not cancel it.
1. In the app (recommended)
Go to Profile → Delete my account and confirm. The deletion happens immediately.
2. By email
Send an email with the subject "Delete my account" to privacy@learnwithjuji.com from the email address linked to your account. We will verify the request and delete your account.

Du kannst dein Jûjî-Konto auf zwei Wegen löschen. Die Löschung ist sofort wirksam und endgültig: dein Konto, Lernfortschritt, XP und Serie, Freundschaften, Liga- und Duell-Verlauf, Tandem-Profil und Nachrichten werden unwiderruflich gelöscht. Ein aktives Abonnement musst du separat in den Einstellungen des App Store / Google Play kündigen — die Kontolöschung kündigt es nicht automatisch.
1. In der App (empfohlen)
Gehe zu Profil → Konto löschen und bestätige. Die Löschung erfolgt sofort.
2. Per E-Mail
Sende eine E-Mail mit dem Betreff "Konto löschen" von der mit deinem Konto verknüpften E-Mail-Adresse an privacy@learnwithjuji.com. Wir prüfen die Anfrage und löschen dein Konto.
